Job Overview

We are looking for a Career Counsellor – Admissions & Sales to guide students/customers in choosing suitable courses and career opportunities while driving admissions and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students/customers to understand their career goals, interests, and requirements.
Provide explicit information about courses, programs, eligibility, and career prospects.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into admissions/enrolments.
Maintain accurate records of customer details, interactions, and follow-ups.
Build positive relationships with prospective students/customers and address their queries.
Achieve monthly admission, sales, and conversion targets.




Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission/enrolment process.

Requirements
Good communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Prior experience in career counselling, education sales, admissions, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
