Job Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about our language and career programs.
Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Convert inquiries into admissions by providing excellent guidance.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support.
Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience (preferred).
