Job Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver products/documents to customers and designated locations across Delhi NCR.
Ensure timely and secure delivery of goods.
Read and understand delivery letters, addresses, invoices, and related documents.
Plan routes efficiently and use navigation/GPS applications for timely deliveries.
Handle products carefully during pickup, transportation, and delivery.
Maintain proper delivery records and obtain necessary acknowledgements from customers.
Coordinate with the office/team regarding pickup and delivery schedules.
Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines while driving.
Requirements
Must know how to drive a two-wheeler.
Must have a valid driving license.
Good knowledge of Delhi NCR routes and locations.
Comfortable using Google Maps or other navigation applications.
Able to read and understand basic English/Hindi letters and addresses.
Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Prior experience in delivery, courier, logistics, or field work will be an advantage.
