We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course guidance, and convert prospective students into enrolled students. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and counselling skills with a focus on achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and admission procedures.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enquiries.




Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams for smooth enrollment.
Build a positive relationship with students throughout the admission process.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in academic counselling, student admissions, telecalling, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing and counselling abilities.
Valuable proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Target-oriented and confident in handling student enquiries.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up consistently.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills are an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
