Job Summary

Suryabala Autos is looking for a Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities at our Ather EV dealership in Erode. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, billing, bank reconciliation, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and expense entries.
Handle customer billing and invoice preparation.
Maintain customer, supplier, and dealer accounts.
Record EV scooter sales, accessories, spare parts, and service-related transactions.
Manage cash and bank transactions and perform regular reconciliation.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and supplier balances.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Verify purchase and sales invoices and supporting documents.
Prepare daily/monthly accounting reports and MIS.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records.
Coordinate with the showroom, sales, service, spare parts,



and management teams.
Support month-end closing and audit requirements.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in accounting.
Positive knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic to good knowledge of GST and TDS.
Experience in dealership/showroom accounting will be an advantage.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
