4) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively working with various departments such as R&D;, marketing, and sales.

6) Innovation Mindset: Continuously seeking prospects for product improvement and innovation.

Experience

Experience - 13 to15 years

Industry Preferred

Extensive experience in product planning, management, and strategy, preferably on a global scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

General Requirements
Solid knowledge of tractors and industry standards
Proven experience within the tractor or agricultural machinery sector
Deep understanding of customer behaviour, preferences, and decision-making factors in product purchases
Expertise in market research, competitive analysis,



and strategic product planning
