Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
Oversee all quality control activities, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
Analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations,



and company policies.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize quality processes.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing setting, preferably in solar or electronics.
Robust knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
