What You’ll Do
Launch with purpose: Lead the development and rollout of Institutional Products across global markets.
Spot opportunities: Analyze trends, identify gaps, and define a transparent product vision.
Listen deeply: Understand customer needs and translate insights into product requirements.
Build boldly: Create current products and improve existing ones to meet evolving demands.
Partner with tech: Work closely with engineering to shape implementation plans and timelines.
Drive the roadmap: Own the product strategy from concept to launch.
Lead with agility: Serve as a key stakeholder in the scrum team,



collaborating with Product Owners to deliver high-impact features and exceptional user experiences.
Communicate clearly: Share ideas and updates in a way that’s persuasive, accessible, and tailored to your audience.
Deliver results: Own product performance metrics, including P&L;, and ensure goals are met.

What You Bring
6+ years of product management experience with a solid record of launching successful products.
4+ years managing software services products with revenue over $10M.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
