Supervise and manage the hospital telecalling team.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Handle patient enquiries related to OPD, consultations, investigations, procedures, and treatments.
Follow up with current enquiries, missed calls, appointment requests, and previous patients.
Improve enquiry-to-appointment conversion.
Monitor appointment confirmations, cancellations, and dropouts.
Conduct regular follow-up calls for patients who have not confirmed appointments.
Guide and train telecallers on proper patient communication.
Monitor individual telecaller performance and prepare performance reports.
Maintain enquiry, appointment, follow-up, and conversion records.
Coordinate with Reception, Doctors, Marketing, Billing,



and other departments.
Support hospital camps, health check-up programs, and promotional activities.
Ensure patients receive correct information regarding hospital services.
Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate responsible issues to management.
Monitor patient feedback and take corrective action where required.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
Prepare daily and monthly telecalling reports for management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
