Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – KRAs
Welcome and assist guests with a warm and skilled approach.
Ensure a seamless check-in, seating, and departure experience.
Handle guest queries, feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly.
Conduct property tours and explain facilities to prospective guests and members.
Build strong guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and Banquets to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Ensure VIP guests receive personalized attention and hospitality.
Maintain guest records, preferences, and follow-up communications.
Support reservations, event inquiries, and membership-related interactions.
Promote hotel services, dining experiences, banquets, and ongoing offers.




Ensure adherence to brand standards, grooming, and service protocols.
Achieve guest satisfaction targets and contribute to positive online reviews.

Key Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Qualified grooming and presentation.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Knowledge of hospitality operations and guest handling.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
