About the Role

KA Preps, an international education brand specialising in Cambridge, IGCSE, A Levels and IB academic support, is looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
Understand the student's curriculum, grade, subjects, academic performance, exam timeline, and learning requirements
Conduct structured counselling sessions with parents and students
Explain Cambridge, IGCSE, A Levels, and IB requirements in a easy manner
Recommend suitable programs based on student needs
Manage the complete admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment and onboarding
Follow up consistently with qualified leads
Handle objections related to fees,



timing, program suitability, and competition
Coordinate trial classes and academic assessments
Communicate academic feedback professionally to parents
Maintain accurate CRM records and admissions reports
Coordinate with academic teams for student-program matching

?️ Requirements

✠2–5 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, student enrolment, or consultative sales ✠Excellent spoken and written English ✠Solid communication and interpersonal skills ✠Proven ability to handle parents and students professionally ✠Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills ✠Comfortable working with targets and conversion metrics ✠Good knowledge of CRM, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and digital communication tools ✠Willingness to work on-site in PCMC, Pune
