They currently use a tool called Stoot. It is a dashboard for AR/billables and helps the user with tasks and deliverables. It has an ai component, so it sounds pretty cool to use!
The biggest Requirement is English Communication/Etiquette
Their current AR specialist has gotten complaints about being rude. They need someone who is more graceful/tactful about doing this role.
Communication needs to be excellent. So I will be required to screen any AR Specialist candidates before going to client.
