Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with strong backend development skills and hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM applications, and RAG. The role involves building scalable, production-ready AI solutions using modern AI development tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Build AI Agents, Copilots, and Agentic AI systems using MCP and tool-use architectures.
Develop scalable RAG pipelines, vector search, and semantic search solutions.
Build backend services using Python and Java.
Integrate AI solutions with APIs, enterprise data sources, and internal platforms.
Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, and AI evaluation.




Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor and Windsurf for rapid development.
Work with SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and Spark for data processing.
Develop reliable, observable, secure, and cost-productive AI solutions at scale.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience in Python & Java.
Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, and MCP.
Knowledge of LoRA/QLoRA, prompt engineering, and AI model lifecycle.
Robust understanding of DSA, algorithms, system design, and backend development.
Experience with Git, AWS, SQL, Pandas/NumPy/Spark.
Experience using Cursor/Windsurf or similar AI coding assistants.
Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action with a production-focused mindset.
