Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote the Forest Essentials brand in-store.
Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
Provide personalized skincare and wellness consultations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Follow all store SOPs and operational guidelines.
Assist the Store In-Charge in daily store operations.
Stay updated on product knowledge and brand updates.
Maintain impeccable personal grooming and professionalism at all times.

Experience
0–2 years of experience in customer service or retail, preferably in beauty or luxury segments.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
