Key Responsibilities

1.Be responsible for process improvement and research on recent‑generation processes.

2.Take charge of process scheme design, compilation and optimization of process documents.

3.Manage the development and introduction of materials including tools, auxiliary materials and equipment.

4.Formulate, verify and approve working‑hour quotas and auxiliary‑material consumption quotas.

5.Undertake process planning, capacity planning and production‑line layout design.

6.Analyze and resolve process‑related quality issues on site.

Qualifications

1.Full‑time bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Material Processing or related disciplines.

2.Practical working experience in final‑assembly process within machinery manufacturing industry.

3.Prior experience in sub‑assembly / final‑assembly process for wind‑turbine OEMs is preferred.

4.Solid competence in process development and design.

5.Proficient in drawing and CAD software tools.
