Requirements:
Fluent in Malayalam
Good communication skills
Robust teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous tele calling or customer service experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities:
Follow up with leads through phone calls.
Explain the company's automation products and services.
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain customer records and call details.

Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply. Training and support will be provided. Pay : 8,000 - 20,000 per month
