Years of Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Business & Functional Analysis
Engage with business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Support UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off.

Solution Design & Delivery
Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to design end-to-end solutions.
Prepare functional and technical design documents.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.




Support solution deployment, change management, and post-production stabilization.

Technical Responsibilities
Work with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
Analyze data flows, integrations, and system dependencies.
Assist development teams in troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
Validate data mappings, transformations, and integration requirements.
Support automation, AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Present solution options, recommendations, and project updates to leadership.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
