Key Responsibilities
Oversee all in-store operations to ensure smooth functioning and alignment with brand standards.
Deliver an exceptional in-store experience through excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and well-maintained store displays.
Ensure staff are well-groomed, trained, and aligned with Forest Essentials’ brand experience guidelines.




Guide and support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining superior service standards.
Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring no stock discrepancies.
Plan and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
Address and resolve customer queries or complaints in a skilled and brand-appropriate manner.
Support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives and driving overall performance.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury retail brand.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
