Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Backend Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow-ups, lead coordination, and backend sales support. The candidate will communicate with customers over the phone, maintain records, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending customer requirements.
Explain products/services and provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain customer and call records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and backend teams for customer requirements.
Schedule appointments and follow-up calls.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Track daily calls, follow-ups, and conversions.




Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Maintain regular and accurate reporting of activities.

Requirements
Positive verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Comfortable making frequent phone calls.
Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.
Freshers can apply; telecalling/customer-support experience is an advantage.
