This is a full time, in office role based in Guwahati for a Blue Collar Recruiter. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and hiring blue-collar workers for last mile services, maintaining candidate pipelines, and coordinating with management to understand staffing requirements. The Blue Collar Recruiter will work closely with internal teams to ensure that staffing levels meet project requirements and that workers receive explicit instructions and support.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
