About Us Jamdoli Fort is one of Jaipur's premium wedding and event venues, known for elegant celebrations and exceptional customer experiences. We are building a technology-driven sales process where AI and automation support our team, allowing us to focus on creating memorable experiences for every client.

Your Role You will be responsible for generating enquiries, nurturing leads, building relationships, coordinating site visits, and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction before and after every event.

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
Schedule and coordinate venue visits.
Follow up with prospective clients until booking.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients.
Build relationships with wedding planners, decorators, photographers, caterers, and corporate clients.
Represent Jamdoli Fort at networking events such as BNI and other business forums.
Collect customer feedback, Google reviews, and referrals after events.




Work closely with the AI Systems team to improve and automate sales processes.

Required Skills
Excellent communication in Hindi and English.
Solid sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent follow-up discipline.
Customer-first attitude.
Comfortable using CRM software and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred
Experience in hospitality, weddings, luxury sales, real estate, or relationship management.
Existing qualified network in Jaipur is an advantage.
