Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end-to-end building project execution (residential,

commercial, or industrial).
Prepare, review, and finalize architectural and structural drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Provide technical guidance and resolve in office issues promptly.
Ensure completion of projects within scope, schedule, and cost constraints.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s preferred).
5–7 years of proven experience in building project completion.
Robust knowledge of construction codes, materials, and project management practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results.

Preferred Skills
Experience handling multi-stakeholder projects.
Knowledge of sustainable and up-to-date construction practices.
