Customer Support & Creator Operations Executive

About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support creators and users while assisting with creator operations, affiliate activities, and influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Handle creator/user queries and resolve basic platform issues.
Assist with Instagram and social account linking/troubleshooting.
Support affiliate feature execution and creator coordination.
Coordinate influencer campaigns, deliverables, and follow-ups.
Maintain creator databases, trackers, and basic reports.
Escalate technical issues to internal teams when required.

Requirements
Freshers or 0–1 year experience.




Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, etc.
Robust follow-up and attention to detail.
Interest in social media, creators, and influencer marketing.
Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
