Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, tea/snacks, and other meals as per the approved menu and schedule.
Ensure food is prepared with good quality, taste, hygiene, and appropriate portion sizes.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and dining area at all times.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company health & safety standards.
Monitor kitchen inventory and inform the Administration/HR department of stock requirements.
Minimize food wastage and ensure productive utilization of ingredients.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies and kitchen materials.
Cooperate with the Administration team to ensure smooth canteen operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management related to canteen operations and general administration support.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
