Job Summary

We're looking for a proactive and execution-driven Manager - AMC Vendor Management to lead AMC operations, vendor coordination, SLA management, and service delivery across all Physics Wallah centers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end AMC operations across multiple centers

- Monitor and ensure timely closure of Freshdesk tickets within SLA

- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for preventive maintenance breakdown resolution

- Handle escalations and drive quick resolution with minimum TAT

- Manage AMCs for: Air Conditioning Systems (VRV Non-VRV)
- RO Systems
- Passenger Lifts

- Coordinate with leading OEMs: AC: Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG

- Lifts: Johnson, Otis, KONE
- RO: Aquaguard

- Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance

- Verify vendor invoices, coordinate PO processing, and support payment releases

- Prepare MIS reports covering ticket status, SLA compliance, ageing, vendor performance, and billing

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted operations across all centers

Requirements





- 5-6 years of experience in Facility Management, AMC Operations, Vendor Management, or Administration

- Solid knowledge of AMC lifecycle, SLA management, and escalation handling

- Hands-on experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing platforms

- Experience managing OEMs and multi-location facility operations

- Expertise in vendor billing, invoice verification, and payment coordination

- Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities

- High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities
