Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records.
Assist with attendance, leave, and HRMS activities.
Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain basic HR documentation.
Coordinate with employees and different departments for HR-related activities.

Requirements:
MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
