Role OverviewWe are looking for a Finance Operations Intern to support our Accounts Manager with day-to-day finance operations. This role is suitable for freshers who want practical experience in invoicing, collections, payment tracking, and basic accounting operations.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain invoices
Follow up on pending customer payments and collections
Update daily payment and collection records
Maintain invoice and outstanding payment trackers
Coordinate with customers or internal teams regarding payments
Verify bank transactions and payment entries
Organize bills, invoices, receipts, and finance documents
Prepare daily and weekly collection reports
Identify payment mismatches and report them to the Accounts Manager




Support the Accounts Manager with routine finance and operational tasks

Requirements
B.Com, BBA, B.Com CA, Finance, Accounting, or related background preferred
Freshers can apply
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Valuable communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working with numbers and financial records
Responsible and detail-oriented
Willing to work from the office in Bengaluru

What You Will LearnYou will get hands-on exposure to invoicing, collections, payment reconciliation, finance operations, reporting, and real business accounting workflows.
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
