Jaipur Rugs is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation Executive to join our Export / International Logistics team in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities
Manage export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, COO, BL/AWB, etc.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and transporters.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of export documents.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Production, and Logistics teams.
Handle documentation related to international shipments, Incoterms, and LC requirements.
Track shipments and maintain accurate export records and MIS.
Support customs clearance and resolve documentation discrepancies.





What We’re Looking For
Graduate in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in export documentation / international logistics.
Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes.
Valuable command of MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid attention to detail, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Experience in carpets, rugs, home textiles, handicrafts, or similar export industries will be an added advantage.
