We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Linux administration, networking, server management, troubleshooting, backup systems, and IT support. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day infrastructure operations while ensuring system security, availability, and performance.

Mandatory Skills
Robust knowledge of Linux Administration (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL)
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SFTP Servers
Windows Operating System installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Backup and recovery management for servers and workstations
Shell Scripting (Bash) for automation and system administration tasks
Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP networking
Configuration and troubleshooting of Routers, Switches, and Network Devices
Installation and management of Proxy Servers (e.g., Squid)

Preferred Skills
Microsoft Office 365 administration
Basic understanding of Active Directory




Experience with Virtual Machines (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, KVM, or Proxmox)

Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows systems.
Configure and manage secure SFTP servers.
Monitor system health, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
Manage network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and proxy servers.
Configure and maintain backup and recovery solutions.
Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation.
Troubleshoot desktop, printer, and user-related technical issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and infrastructure documentation.
Ensure system security, software updates, and compliance with organizational policies.
Support virtualization environments and assist with Office 365 administration where required.
