Role & Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer finalization for BFSI roles (front-office, back-office, risk, compliance).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume BFSI hiring—leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus drives.
Ensure 100% compliance with KYC, background checks, and pre-joining documentation for regulated financial roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, draft JDs, and streamline hiring timelines under SLA.




Manage onboarding workflows—coordinating orientation, policy briefings, system access, and probation tracking.
Use HRIS tools to maintain accurate employee records, generate hiring dashboards, and report hiring KPIs to leadership.
