Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment.
Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
Handle performance management and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Lead and manage the HR team effectively.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR management.
Robust knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
Positive understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
