Key Responsibilities

1.Develop and validate grid-connection models for wind farm projects.

2.Perform power-system simulations to assess grid-code compliance and system stability.

3.Participate in technical discussions with customers, the Central Transmission Utility (CTU), and State Transmission Utilities (STUs) regarding grid requirements.

4.Prepare simulation reports and recommend system improvements.

5.Support grid-interconnection studies and ensure compliance with applicable Indian grid codes.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field.

2.At least three years of experience in grid modeling and power-system simulation using tools such as PSS®E and DIgSILENT PowerFactory.

3.Valuable knowledge of Indian grid codes and CTU/STU processes.

4.Solid analytical skills and close attention to detail.

5.Positive communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical matters with customers and other stakeholders.

6.Willingness to travel occasionally based on project requirements.
