Key Responsibilities
Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
Work on recruitment requirements from multiple clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Coordinate with clients and candidates as required.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Office.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced recruitment setting.
