The Assistant Manager Finance Account is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger management, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable.

The Assistant

Manager will support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders, assisting in cost analysis for manufacturing operations, and supporting tax and regulatory filings. The role also requires contributing to process improvements, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing timely financial insights to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance, including budgeting, financial analysis, and understanding of accounting standards.

Candidates should possess solid Account Management capabilities, including ledger management, reconciliations,



and oversight of payables and receivables.

Candidates should possess effective Customer Service and Sales support skills to handle queries, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist commercial teams.

Candidates should possess proven Team Management abilities, including supervising junior staff, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and supporting collaborative work environments.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA Finance) are an advantage.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with taxation and regulatory compliance in manufacturing or agro-based industries.

Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and maintain high ethical and confidentiality standards.
