Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
Maintain customer payment records and outstanding reports.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Coordinate with sales and finance teams regarding pending payments.
Monitor credit limits and payment terms.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reports.
Maintain accurate records using Tally / MS Excel / ERP.
Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments and outstanding balances.
Ensure compliance with company credit-control policies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
