Role & responsibilities :
Design calculations (Hand Calculations / Excel / Design Software)
Construction drawing review and checking
Concrete quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
Review of designs and drawings submitted by third-party consultants/vendors
Foundation design for: Conveyors, Pipe Racks, Buildings, Equipment foundations (Pumps, ID Fans, Blowers, etc.), Shed structures etc
RCC frame building design and detailing
Equipment-supporting RCC structure design and detailing for facilities such as: Casters, Mills (HSM, CRM, Rebar, etc.), furnaces etc
Design of Industrial buildings and underground structures
Drainage and sewage system design and detailing
Earthwork estimation
Vendor drawing review and checking
Preferred candidate profile
BE/B.tech ( Civil / Structural )
M.Tech preferred
5 - 10 yrs years experience in civil / structural design
Must have experience of working on industrial projects such as Steel Plant, Power Plant, Cement Plant, Mining, Oil & Gas, etc.
