Requirements
Positive to have Java 11 features like Lambda, Streams API and Functional Interface. Strong experience in core Java with good knowledge of collections , concurrency and exception handling.
Strong understanding of OOPs concepts and design patterns.
Required robust hands-on experience in micro-services development with Spring-Boot (Spring-MVC, Spring-AOP, Spring-Actuator, Spring-Cloud, Spring-Config, etc.) and Apache Camel.
Development experience using Web Services (SOAP and/or RESTful) utilizing XML and/or JSON (binding libraries - jaxb, Jackson, gson, etc)
Experience with the following technologies: Spring, REST/Web Services, Maven, XML, Apache Tomcat, AWS, Message Queue
Experience integrating with third parties i.e. Salesforce is a plus
Kafka streams, Kafka Producer, Kafka Consumer experience is preferred
Good experience in project building tools like MAVEN, GRADLE and subversion tools like Bitbucket,SVN, GIT.
Valuable understanding of databases MySQL and SQL queries and stored procedures.
Having working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
Experience with Writing unit tests with JUnit, Mockito
Exposure with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
