Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Own STA responsibility for machining and forging parts across development stages
Ensure process robustness, tooling readiness, and FTG deployment for machining lines and forging operations
Drive APQP and E‑PPAP closure with suppliers for machined and forged components
Validate machining capability, dimensional stability, yield, and forging capacity for mature volumes
Lead technical issue resolution during trials, proving, and ramp‑up for machining and forging processes
Coordinate with DAC engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams for part and process alignment
Ensure machining and forging readiness aligns with project gates and SOP timeline
Experience
7 to 9 Years
