We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts in the warehousing and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure revenue retention, account growth, and renewal closure
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Monitor service performance, TAT, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with operations, finance, and other internal teams
Support billing discipline, collections, and margin improvement
Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements
Graduate / MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in KAM / Sales / Customer Management
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL preferred
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Positive commercial understanding and MS Office knowledge

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
