Prepare and review daily/weekly operational reports and share them with the management team.
Monitor operational performance and identify issues or deviations in a timely manner.
Take immediate corrective action to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth functioning of all processes.
Follow up on reported issues and ensure timely closure with the concerned teams.
Escalate critical issues to management when required and implement necessary solutions promptly.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, data management, reporting, and basic data analysis.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
