PPC Expert – Founding Performance Marketing Role

We’re looking for a PPC expert to own and scale our paid advertising strategy across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. If you’re passionate about performance marketing and ready to drive real business growth, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:
Manage multi-platform PPC campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop campaign strategy & allocate budgets
Optimize audience targeting & ad creatives
Track conversions & analyze performance
Test, scale, and report on campaign results

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of PPC experience across platforms




Google Ads & Facebook Ads certifications (mandatory)
Proven success managing $100k+ annual budgets
Solid with analytics & conversion tracking
A/B testing and optimization expertise
Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn Ads
Programmatic advertising knowledge (preferred)
