KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train and develop educators on Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Levels, IB MYP and IBDP
Design and conduct teacher training and career development programs
Develop structured teacher onboarding and academic orientation programs
Assess teacher curriculum knowledge, lesson planning and teaching demonstrations
Conduct teacher observations and provide structured feedback
Identify training gaps and create development plans
Support academic recruitment and curriculum-based educator screening
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and performance coordination
Build and maintain training calendars and teacher performance records
Create academic SOPs, teacher handbooks, curriculum resources and knowledge repositories
Support employee engagement,



communication and conflict resolution
Improve People & Academic Operations processes and systems
