Overview

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to manage end-to-end inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, timely order fulfilment and efficient dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete inventory flow: Inward → QC → GRN → Storage → Allocation → Picking → Packing → Dispatch → Returns.
Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory by Style, Color, Size and Quantity.
Ensure timely GRN, ERP/WMS updates and proper stock storage.
Conduct stock audits, cycle counts and resolve inventory variances.
Manage B2B order allocation, picking, checking, packing and dispatch.
Handle returns, rejections, damaged and QC-hold stock.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, QC, Accounts and Logistics.
Lead and train the warehouse team and ensure SOP compliance.




Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and dispatch MIS.
Improve stock accuracy, warehouse efficiency and order fulfilment TAT.

Required Skills
Solid experience in Inventory & Warehouse Management.
B2B order fulfilment and dispatch experience.
Excellent knowledge of SKU/Style/Color/Size management.
Stock audit, reconciliation and variance control.
Positive knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
Strong team handling, coordination and leadership skills.
Valuable problem-solving, attention to detail and accountability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
