Position: Mechanical Technical Executive – Machinery

Location: Pitampura, New Delhi

Experience: 8–10 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Handle technical operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery.
Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure timely breakdown resolution.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with operators, technicians, vendors, and service engineers.
Maintain machinery maintenance records, checklists, and technical reports.
Ensure proper installation, alignment, calibration, and functioning of machinery.
Identify recurring machine problems and implement effective corrective measures.
Supervise repair, replacement, and maintenance of mechanical components.
Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance tools.
Follow safety standards and company procedures during all maintenance activities.
Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and maintenance staff.
Coordinate with management regarding machine requirements, repairs, and technical improvements.





Required Skills
Robust knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of bearings, shafts, gearboxes, motors, pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, etc.
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and machine manuals.
Good knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
Practical, hands-on approach to machinery-related technical issues.

Candidate Profile
ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
8–10 years of relevant experience in machinery maintenance/technical operations.
Candidates with robust hands-on machinery experience will be preferred.
Should be responsible, technically sound, and capable of independently handling machinery-related issues.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
