Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment in line with maintenance schedules.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely breakdown repairs to minimize plant downtime.
Install, align, and commission current machinery, plant equipment, and components.
Dismantle, repair, and reassemble mechanical equipment including pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, seals, valves, and drive systems used in dairy processing.
Maintain and repair dairy-specific equipment such as pasteurizers, separators/clarifiers, homogenizers, evaporators, dryers, tanks/silos, fillers/packaging lines, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems.
