Our lead generation engine combines GTM strategy, data-driven prospecting, and hyper-personalized outreach to accelerate pipeline growth for clients—from seed-stage startups to Fortune 500 tech providers. You’ll be at the forefront of scaling this engine, turning cold prospects into qualified prospects.

Role & Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify B2B decision-makers across IT Services, SaaS, and Tech Consulting verticals using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM tools.
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold call) with personalized messaging tailored to tech buyer personas.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to refine ICPs, messaging frameworks, and lead scoring models based on conversion analytics.
Track, log, and report on lead conversion metrics (response rate, meeting set rate,



SQL conversion) in Salesforce or HubSpot.
Run A/B tests on subject lines, outreach sequences, and value propositions to continuously optimize campaign performance.
Stay fluent in emerging tech trends (AI, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps) to speak credibly with technical stakeholders.
