Job Brief: To take on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.

Responsibilities and Duties
Be involved in preparing Project plan, breaking down Project into milestones, manage scrums, allocate tasks to the team members, track status on timely basis.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed
Should be able to coordinate with various teams involved in complete SDLC
Handle a team of Developers, Testers and Designer, verify the accuracy of the work done by the team.
Driving the project and facing/solving problems which come in between the project implementation phase and coming up with solutions for those problems.
Timely delivery is critical, should be able to convince team members to accommodate working schedule in order to meet the agreed timelines.
Successfully manage the relationships with the client and all stakeholders.



Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/ vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Desired Candidate Profile
Should have worked on Fintech projects (LOS/LMS)
Experience working in Agile methodology
Should understand product development cycle, front end and back-end technologies
Organized and Process oriented
Have a sound knowledge about scalable database technologies like relational database
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools like Tableau. Hands on experience on Microsoft SSRS will be a plus.
Valuable experience in writing SQL queries
Excellent knowledge in generating process documentation
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Keen to learn about recent technologies and business innovations across industry
Robust written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
