Lead overall site planning, scheduling, and execution.
Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget.
Review drawings, method statements, and construction methodologies.
Manage subcontractors, approve RA bills, and monitor performance.
Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
8–15 years of experience in industrial/commercial construction.
Solid knowledge of RCC works, structural construction, and site management.
Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.




Knowledge of AutoCAD and ERP/site management software.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling large site teams and multiple subcontractors.

Preferred Skills
Experience in PESO/explosive facility projects is an added advantage.
Knowledge of system formwork (Doka, PERI, Paschal, RMD, etc.).
Positive understanding of IS Codes, QA/QC, safety standards, and cost control.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
