Invalidity Search
Freedom to Operate (FTO) Search
Patent Landscape Search
Other prior-art related searches

Drafting
Drafting of Provisional Specifications
Drafting of Complete Specifications
Experience in IN / US / EP patent drafting

Prosecution
Handling patent prosecution matters in IN / US / EP jurisdictions
Attending hearings before the Patent Office
Drafting pre-grant and post-grant oppositions

Requirements

Qualifications:
Registered Indian Patent Agent (mandatory)
Law degree preferred

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication (ENTC) / Information Technology / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science
