Key Responsibilities:
Production Management
Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to production schedules.
Ensure smooth production flow and achievement of daily/weekly production targets.
Quality Assurance
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Team Leadership
Lead, guide and motivate the production team to achieve production targets.
Ensure effective team coordination and maintain a positive working environment.
Inventory Management
Monitor raw material and inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
Coordinate with Purchase/Procurement and Stores for timely material replenishment and availability.

Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.




Proven experience in a similar Production or Manufacturing role
Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.

Experience : Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Production setting (Freshers are welcome with Good Knowledge & skills in Mechanical Engineering). Build Your Career in Manufacturing!
